معمول الوردة هو واحد من ألذ أنواع الحلويات التي تُحضّر في محلات تمر و قمح. يتم إعداد المعمول باستخدام طحين أبيض عالي الجودة وزبدة طبيعية فاخرة، ما يمنحه قوامًا طريًا ونكهة لذيذة.

كل قطعة معمول تتكون من عجينة الطحين الأبيض الممزوجة بالزبدة، ومحشوة بعجوة تمر طبيعية. يتم استخدام تمر عالي الجودة، يُطحن ويُخلط مع مجموعة من التوابل اللذيذة لإضفاء نكهة مميزة.

من أبرز ما يميز معمول الوردة أنه يحتوي على كمية قليلة جداً من السكر، إذ تحتوي كل قطعة على 2 جرام فقط من السكر. ما يجعله خيارًا مثاليًا لمن يرغبون في تناول الحلوى بكميات محدودة من السكر.
